1. Description of Services
AssetLinkable.com offers linkable assets for purchase, designed to assist you in obtaining backlinks and enhancing your online presence. These linkable assets require research, planning, fact-checking, and editing before being delivered to you. It’s important to note that while the creation and delivery of the Linkable Asset may occur within two weeks, the process of acquiring backlinks may take up to 90 days or more.
2. Service Tiers and Pricing
We currently offer three service tiers, each with its own features and pricing:
2.1. Tier 1:
– Price: $150
– Includes a minimum of 2 backlinks from outreach efforts and other credible linkable assets.
2.2. Tier 2:
– Price: $300
– Includes a minimum of 2 backlinks from outreach efforts and other credible linkable assets.
– Includes an Infographic.
2.3. Tier 3:
– Price: $750
– Includes a minimum of 2 backlinks from outreach efforts and other credible linkable assets.
– Includes an Infographic and outreach efforts.
3. Order Process
3.1. Ordering:
To place an order for a linkable asset, you must select a desired tier and provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of services.
3.2. Delivery:
Upon completion of the linkable asset, we will deliver it to you in accordance with the selected tier’s features and timeline.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1. Refunds:
Refunds are given if we are unable to deliver services.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership:
Upon delivery and full payment, you will own the rights to the linkable asset and its associated content. However, we retain the right to showcase the linkable asset in our portfolio and marketing materials. We may link to other assets within the content, although it is not mandatory to keep these links to other assets in your content. Linking to reputable assets is known to help improve credibility and rankings.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Services:
We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the linkable assets in terms of backlink acquisition or online visibility. We do at minimum earn 2 links per linkable asset.
6.2. Third-Party Content:
The linkable assets may include third-party content, such as backlinks. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such third-party content. We do aim to work with quality websites that follow best practice.
6.3. We are not liable for factuality of content. Although we take time to research and create each linkable asset, we do not hold a PHD in every category on the web.
7. Indemnification
7.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services after such modifications will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
